2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the alpha waitlist on it. They do not cover the purchase, supply or use of any Hornet Drones product; any such supply will be under a separate written agreement.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not an order, a reservation, a contract to supply, or a guarantee of an alpha place, a price or a delivery date.
We may decline or withdraw an alpha place at our discretion, including where the product cannot lawfully be operated at your location.
You must be 18 or over to join.
You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

4. Information on this site

The HRN-01 is a pre-production system. Specifications, performance figures, timings and images on this site describe the product as it is currently being developed and may change before release. They are provided for information and do not form part of any contract.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the site or the waitlist form in any way that is unlawful or that harms the site or other users;
submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
attempt to bypass the bot protection, rate limits or any other security measure;
copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the site other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.

6. Intellectual property

The Hornet Drones name, the hornet mark, the HRN-01 designation and all content on this site are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing here grants you any right to use them without our written permission.

7. Our liability

We provide this site as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of it, including loss caused by inaccuracy in its content or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law
